Our agency is actively looking for a Cultural Liaison to join our team. This is a temporary, 6-month position.
As the Cultural Liaison for Alluma, we are searching for persons of culture you will participate in efforts to build, cultivate and foster strong collaborative relationships with individuals and communities of similar cultures, including, but not limited to, Native American, Hispanic/LatinX, Somali, bi-cultural, and LGBTQ+. You will serve as an advocate for our clients, and under the general direction of the Care Coordinator Supervisor, you work with all clinical teams and groups to ensure access to care for emergent, urgent, or routine care delivery. In this role, you will coordinate, educate, and manage the care of clients to support their recovery. The Cultural Liaison will also engage with community partners, elders, tribal leaders, and community members to build relationships and provide mental health and substance use disorder education and engagement.
