Our agency is actively looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist.

As our HR Generalist, you will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, onboarding, and benefits. We are looking to employ an HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• SHRM-CP licensure is a plus
• At least one year of human resources management experience is preferred
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• Must pass a criminal background check through MN DHS NetStudy
• Access to a personal vehicle and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out position responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and insurable under the agency’s automobile insurance policy.
• Free from substance use problems for a period of no less than 2
