Become a part of our team that makes a difference in people’s lives! Our agency is actively looking for a Full-Time Mental Health Rehab Worker in our Adult Services program for Marshall County, MN.
Our team is full of passionate, trusted, and knowledgeable providers that support the wellbeing of adults in our region. This position offers a flexible schedule with mostly daytime hours, to offer flexibility to you and the people we serve.
As our Adult Services Rehabilitation Worker under the direction of the mental health professional has direct contact with clients and is responsible for delivering specific psychiatric rehabilitative services to clients. Services to clients are primarily delivered in clients’ homes and/or the community and may be focused on the individual, the individual’s support team, and/or in groups.
The position includes mileage reimbursed travel. We will also provide training and orientation in case management and skills! We will work with you in your professional growth to meet your goals!
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the mental health field preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check through mental health DHS NetStudy
- Access to a personal vehicle and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out positions responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under the agency’s automobile insurance policy
- Free from substance use problems for a period of no less than 2 years
