Clinical Interests: General outpatient mental health concerns (i.e., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, relationships, etc.), trauma-informed care, stage of life transitions, and the role of spirituality in the healing process, Somatic experiencing, self-love, meditation and mindfulness practices

Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, paddling, nature-based healing retreats, live music, meditating, spiritual exploration, earth and energy medicine practices, traveling, reading, writing, and learning to garden
