“I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely understood, while also being supported and challenged to recognize how trauma, attachment experiences, and long-standing patterns may be negatively impacting their lives. My approach is practical and collaborative, helping people understand where those patterns came from, work toward a more regulated nervous system, develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others, and create meaningful, lasting change.”
