Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) is an in-person substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment option for adults. IOP allows you to live at home, work, and be active in the community while strengthening your recovery.
This program requires a minimum of nine hours of treatment per week for 12 weeks. Clients attend three group therapy sessions and one individual therapy session per week. A Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) will lead group sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
In these sessions, we utilize various evidence-based treatment methods, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety.
