Specialty training: Level 1 Sand Tray Therapy, Bounce Back

Clinical interests: Working with youth/children population, play and art therapy, bibliotherapy. I’m interested in learning EMDR for working with children, as well as DBT.

Hobbies: I truly love spending quality time with my partner Tyler, as well as family and friends. I love reading, being creative (painting, crafts, quilting with my mom), antique shopping, organizing, decorating, being at the lake, traveling and exploring new cities, hiking, live music, puzzles, and napping!
