Crisis Helpline: 800-282-5005
Our hope is that one day, seeking help for mental health and substance use disorders will be as routine as seeking help from a physician for on-going diabetes care or going to the dentist for a cleaning and check-up. One tool in helping to reduce stigma and create networks of support for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges is through education and training.
