Getting Started

Accessing MyAlluma is easy—whether you’re an existing client or just getting started with Alluma:

Step 1: Download the App

  • Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for MyAlluma.

Step 2: Check Your Email

  • Existing clients: Look for an email invitation from Alluma. Didn’t receive one? Ask during your next appointment or call our Access Team.
  • New clients: You’ll receive an email invitation after your intake appointment.

Step 3: Set Up Your Account

  • Follow the secure link in your email to create your account. Pick a username and password, and follow the prompts to confirm your identity.

Step 4: Log In and Start Managing Your Care

  • Use the app to join virtual visits, manage appointments, and complete forms securely.

MyAlluma is a service provided to Alluma clients at no cost.

Yes! We use advanced security tools to protect your information and keep it private. Only you and your care team can access your data.

No. Your privacy is very important to us. Our virtual visits are never recorded. They are HIPAA compliant and encrypted to protect your privacy.

You’ll want to discuss this with your provider before inviting additional people to join you during your visit.

Not yet, but you can cancel appointments through MyAlluma. To reschedule, please call us directly at 218.281.3940.
