Getting Started

Accessing MyAlluma is easy—whether you’re an existing client or just getting started with Alluma:

  1. Download the App: Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for MyAlluma, and download the app.
  2. Check Your Email:
    • Existing clients: Look for an email from Alluma on January 14, 2025. After that, if you don’t see an invitation, ask about it during your appointment or call our access team.
    • New clients: You’ll get an email invitation after your first intake appointment or when you contact our access team.
  3. Click the Link: Open the email and click the secure link to the MyAlluma signup page.
  4. Create Your Account: Pick a username and password. Follow the prompts to confirm your identity.
  5. Accept the Terms: Review and agree to the terms and conditions to activate your account.
  6. Log In & Get Started: Open the app to manage your appointments, join virtual visits, and complete forms securely
