Adult Foster Care Team Lead
Adult Foster Care

“I applied for the Adult Foster Care Lead position because I genuinely believe I can make a meaningful impact on both the clients we serve and the staff who support them every day. Over my time in Adult Foster Care, I’ve seen how important consistent communication, strong advocacy, and clear program coordination are to the success of the individuals in our care. I know I excel in those areas, and I’m motivated to use those strengths in my new role at Alluma.

I’m particularly drawn to this role because I enjoy being a resource for others—whether that’s helping staff navigate challenges, supporting them through complex situations, or ensuring clients receive the highest-quality, person‑centered care. I’m someone who pays attention to detail, looks ahead to prevent issues before they arise, and maintains a calm, solution‑focused approach even when things get stressful. Those qualities translate well into leading a team and improving program operations.

Ultimately, I applied because I care deeply about Adult Foster Care. I want to contribute to an environment where staff feel supported, clients feel valued and understood, and the program continues to grow in a positive and well‑coordinated direction. Taking on this role feels like a natural next step and an opportunity to use my strengths to make a bigger difference.”
