No, you don’t need to get a referral or prior authorization for most outpatient mental health and substance use services like therapy and counseling.

You will receive an email or text from our Access Team with an invitation to your Zoom video visit appointment. The best way to access the meeting is to click on the link in your invitation. You can also go to zoom.us/join and enter the meeting ID and password.

Yes. Anyone can receive services at Alluma. However, you’ll want to confirm that your insurance plan will cover your appointment if we are out of network. Click here for a complete list of private insurance plans we accept.

During our intake process, an experienced Access Team member will ask questions about your presenting symptoms and history. A mental health professional will then complete a comprehensive evaluation to determine if you meet the criteria necessary for a mental health or substance use disorder diagnosis. The provider will discuss the results with you and develop an individualized treatment plan focused on your needs and personal goals.

We treat a variety of disorders at Alluma. However, the most common disorders are depression, anxiety, and substance use.
