Crisis Helpline: 800-282-5005
A mental health crisis can happen to anyone at any time. It’s important to be able to get help quickly. Much like emergency services at a hospital, Alluma’s crisis services are available all day, every day. A caring Alluma employee will help stabilize mental health emergencies and sudden traumas.
When you call our free 24/7 Support and Crisis Helpline at 800-282-5005, one of our caring crisis staff will provide support, screen for safety, stabilize a crisis, and provide appropriate referrals for callers experiencing a mental health crisis. All calls are free, confidential, and anonymous.
Activated through our Crisis Helpline, Alluma’s Mobile Crisis Response Team can provide face-to-face crisis services, including assessment, intervention, and stabilization.
Our Mobile Crisis Response Team often works in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies and hospital emergency departments. Alluma partners with local law enforcement to respond to 911 calls involving an individual experiencing a mental health crisis.
Alluma’s Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) is a two-bed unit available for adults who need a safe place to recover during a mental health crisis.
