We are excited to share that as of July 1, 2021, our name will change from Northwestern Mental Health Center to Alluma™.

The name Northwestern Mental Health Center served us well for almost 60 years. However, the needs of our clients, like yourself, have changed over time. We believe our new name is a better description of who we are, the people we support, and our vision for the future.

We combined the words ‘all’ and the Latin term for light,‘luma,’ to create a new word. Alluma literally means ‘everyone shines.’

Our new name and look will not affect scheduled appointments. We will provide services in the same way as before.

Changes you can expect:

• Updated signs at our Crookston and East Grand Forks offices
• A new website and social sites, including Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
