Alluma’s four-bed licensed Adult Foster Care Program is a long-term transitional home for clients with a serious and persistent mental illness. We provide 24-hour supervision in an apartment-style environment where residents can focus on developing independent living skills.

Adult foster care services include both mental and chemical wellbeing and independent living skills:

• 24-hour emergency and crisis support
• Medication and symptom management
• Individual and group counseling
• Transportation to health care appointments
• Household and living skills assistance including grooming and hygiene, shopping, meal preparation and nutrition, budgeting, employment skills, and social and recreational opportunities

We customize treatment plans to align with each resident’s level of functioning, ensuring residents’ health, safety, and quality of life.
